1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email with tracking details.
- During sale seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery (Nationwide): 3–5 business days.
- Express Delivery (Selected Cities): 1–2 business days.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Prepaid Orders
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan.
- Prepaid orders (via debit/credit card or bank transfer) are also available.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your package.
- Orders can be tracked through our courier partner’s tracking portal or helpline.
5. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier service delays
- Remote area deliveries

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.
- If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us.
- Re-delivery will require payment of shipping charges again.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at kmatkstore@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
- In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
