At Skinoya, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our skincare products and want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy ensures a smooth and fair process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons cannot be returned.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used skincare products.

  • Items purchased on final sale or with special discounts (unless defective).

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) once verified.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of damaged or incorrect products).

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided.

  4. Once received, your refund will be processed as per our policy.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
