Manufacturing Procedure (SOP)

1. Heat Aqua (Water) to 60–70°C in the main mixing vessel.
2. Slowly add Coco-Glucoside and Decyl Glucoside, mix until uniform.
3. Add Glycerin, Aloe Vera Juice, and Panthenol; mix thoroughly.
4. Incorporate Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate as foam enhancer.
5. Add Chamomilla Extract and Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, mix gently.
6. Adjust pH to 5.0–5.5 using Citric Acid (10% solution).
7. Cool mixture to below 40°C, then add Preservative and Fragrance.
8. Mix gently and fill into appropriate containers.

pH & Stability Notes

• Optimal pH: 5.0–5.5
• Stable at room temperature (15–25°C) for 12 months
• Protect from direct sunlight and extreme heat

Shelf Life

• 12 months in a sealed container
